Everyday individuals make choices and decisions, some are far more significant than others and some require less input or thought. Take for instance an individual buying a house, this could be viewed as a pretty significant decision and choice with a lot of factors and details that go into the process. In comparison however, this decision is far more significant than say deciding what clothes to wear the next day. Although each one of these examples represent a different level of significance, there is still a decision that needs to be made that is best for the individual based on a variety of obtained or known information. Businesses can be viewed in the same manner when it comes to choices and decisions for instance, when filling positions. When it comes to open or promotable positions some might be more or less significant than others, yet the information that is obtained or known about the candidates, such as experience, personal development, virtual tryouts, and resume screening helps the business make the best decision and choice allowing them to hire the best candidate.
